Sunday Social Run – Masham & Hackfall 🌿

This week’s Sunday social run, expertly led by Ste Moon, started from Masham Market Place and followed a beautiful 13.4km (8.3 mile) route along the river through the stunning Hackfall Woods before returning to Masham. With around 509ft of elevation, there were plenty of climbs to challenge the group, but the spectacular scenery and friendly atmosphere made it well worth the effort. A big thank you to Ste for leading another fantastic route, and well done to everyone who took part. This week brought more sunshine and humidity which can make running much harder. It didn't stop the HARC team though. Intervals, longer and shorter social runs, parkruns, marathons, and Race for Life 10k.
