Our current programmes are listed below, together with the registration link for those that are open to registration at the moment.

We run couch to 5k programmes every 3 to 4 months, so if you don’t see one listed but are interested in taking part in one, please get in touch and we can let you know when the next one is likely to start and add you to our waiting list if you would like us to.

We also run intermediate programmes from time to time and offer 1-1 coaching. If you would like more information about these please get in touch too.

All of our programmes are designed by our UK Athletics Endurance event group coach, Chris Lees (chris.lees@harc.uk), and led by our team of coaches, leaders and volunteers.
