We like to keep busy and to offer a wide range of things for our members and guests to get involved in – whether that’s a leisurely long run, a fun run or race, a highly specific training session, educational opportunities, or a social event!

Programmes and sessions
We have regular club training and social run sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. We also have beginners “couch to 5k” programmes and other development programmes available.
