AWARD: “Flourishing Acorn” for improvement
CLUB PRINCIPLE: COACHING LED
As a coaching-led club, one of the things we value is improvement and progress. This award recognizes that progress in junior athletes that are showing promise to grow into mighty oaks.
How is a winner chosen?
The Flourishing Acorn is given to the junior athlete (under 18 on 1st April of award year) who, in the eyes of the coaching team, is making the most progress in their endeavour to become a mighty oak, recognizing their improvement in their chosen athletic events.
