What a fantastic morning of running at the Richmond Castle 10K! β˜€οΈ

We had a brilliant turnout of 10 HARC members taking on this scenic but challenging course, with plenty of sunshine and smiles along the way!

Starting and finishing at the Batts riverside park, the route took runners past the beautiful River Swale waterfalls, over Green Bridge and up the challenging climb of Sleegill. From there, runners headed towards Catterick Garrison before returning to Richmond, taking in the spectacular castle views and enjoying a welcome downhill finish!

A huge well done to Annabel, Erin, Harriet, Lynnette, Robert, Bryn, Eve, Liz, Mary and Sara, who all proudly represented HARC today! πŸ‘πŸ’™

A special thank you to our brilliant support crew, Marc, Gav and Ruth! Having familiar faces cheering everyone on really does make a difference, and seeing all three of them out on the course gave us such a fantastic boost and some much-needed encouragement along the way! πŸ’™

A big thank you also to Swaledale Runners and everyone involved in organising the event, including all the fantastic marshals and volunteers who helped make the day such a success.

Well done to everyone who took part, whether you were chasing a time, tackling those hills or simply enjoying another race with your clubmates.

Another great day out for Team HARC! πŸ’™πŸ°
