Performances that you record will always show on your athlete profile, whether or not they are verified by the club. However, if you want your performance to be considered for the club awards, the following criteria for non-UKA events apply:
- The event must have a valid Association of Running Clubs permit – check this here: Race Permits
- The event must have an official set of results, published online by the race organizer.
- You must appear in the results under your own name and club (which must be Hambleton Athletics and Running Club if this is your first claim club). If the club is not listed, you may need to provide additional evidence of your participation – for example photos or Strava records.
- The event must be of a standard competition format – e.g. for running races, a standard distance, and for throws a standard weight. This is so that your result can be compared against records held based on large scale participation in similar events, not just compared against athletes who have participated in this one event.
If all of the above conditions are met, please submit your result by following these steps:
- Check to see if the event you took part in is listed below. You can use the ‘filter’ box above the table to search for specific races by name.
- If your event is not listed, click the new non uka licensed event button below the table, and provide details of the event. You will need to refresh/reload the page after doing this.
- Click the (+) to the right of the event to add your performance.
